REFUND POLICY

Returns and Size Exchanges We accept returns and size exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return Email us at info@oppositecult.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Items If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@oppositecult.com with photos of the defect. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by us.
